2 LBS RAW ALMONDS (we got the big bag of almonds at Whole Foods)

1/4 CUP AVOCADO OIL

1 CUP FRANK’S RED HOT SAUCE

1/2 CUP ALMOND OR FLAX MEAL

3-4 TBSP CAYENNE PEPPER (depending on how hot you like it 🔥)

1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER

1 TSP PINK OR SEA SALT

 
 
 

INSTRUCTIONS

 
 

HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE: AVO OIL, FRANK’S HOT SAUCE, POWDERS + SALT

ADD THE NUTS TO THE BOWL / STIR & COAT THEM

SPREAD ON A BAKING SHEET / BAKE FOR 20 - 30 MINUTES (depending on how crunchy you like them)
