why the combination of these ingredients are sooo good for your skin:
▹  sweet potatoes: a major source of vitamin A; which we need for healthy skin + good eye health  
▹  avocado: recent research has shown that a minimum of 3-5 grams of fat per meal significantly increases our uptake of beta-carotene from sweet potatoes
▹  collagen: increases skin firmness, elasticity and moisture while reducing wrinkles
▹  pearl powder: helps clear and brighten the skin. fun fact: during the Tang Dynasty, the only female empress, Wu Zetian, credited pearl powder as the source for her famed, impeccable completion
▹ he shou wu powder: popular anti-aging herb used in chinese medicine (also great to boost sex drive 🔥)

▹  1 cup water or coconut water
▹  1/2 cup of baked and then frozen sweet potato slices
▹  1/2 cup frozen strawberries
▹  1/2 avocado
▹  1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Sunwarrior)
▹  1/2 scoop collagen peptides (I use Vital Proteins)
▹  1 tablespoon pearl powder (I use Moon Juice)
▹  1 teaspoon he shou wu powder (I use Sun Potion)
▹  1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon (I use Organic Wise)

▹ blend ingredients with ice cubes
▹ optional: top w/ strawberry slices, frozen cherries or slivered almonds
