PB & GYM smoothie




b/c this smoothie will have you feelin' like ☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼 by the time you hit the gym

> optional: drink 1/2 before + freeze the other half in an ice cube tray until after
> to re-energize post sweat sesh: remove the smoothie cubes from the ice tray and blend with almond milk, half a banana and matcha or cold brew. If your workout included strength training, you can add BCAAs into the mix. Top it off w/ a contrast shower -- alternating between hot and cold water 


▹ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
▹ 1 cup fresh spinach
▹ 1/2 avocado
▹ 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
▹ 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use SUNWARRIOR)
▹ 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon (I use Simply Organic
▹ 1 tablespoon cacao powder (I use Navitas Organics)
▹ 1 tablespoon maca powder (I use Navitas Organics)
▹ 1 tablespoon cordycepts powder (I use Mountain Rose Herbs)
▹ 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter or almond butter (I use Once Again)
▹ 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional -- I use Manitoba Harvest)
▹ 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional -- I use Terrasoul)


▹ blend ingredients with ice cubes
▹ top w/ cacao nibs or hemp seeds
▹ eat one hour prior to your workout
